Pat on the back, I just survived two months of no beach!  Now that I'm out of no-beach-rehab, I can't promise I'll stay no-beach-sober for long.  In fact, I relapsed right after I got out.  Who wouldn't?  I was welcomed by a good buddy named summer.  It's been twelve friggin months since we last saw each other, we needed to celebrate our reunion!  Summer's staying around for three months and begged that we do beach at least three times a month. Of course, this beach-junkie said yes.  I missed you a lot, summer.  I'm glad you're back!

Sun Worship + Beach Love

My addiction to the beach has gone to a level of crazy.  Summer has ended but my trips to beach has become more frequent recently.  I just can't control it.  It's where I find bliss!  You know how I feel if we're on the same page.  Just the smell of sea and the sting of the sun alone gives me a natural high!  Do you have upcoming trips to the beach soon?  Take me! LOL

PROJECT | Time flies and look where it flew me back!

 

Wow! I was M.I.A. for nearly 6 months!  Beat that!  And yes, I miss blogging and have wanted to post something since the first month of that 6-month hiatus.  I was just lazy, very lazy that is!  And oh, I was busy too!  Busy doing crazy things, random things.  But I'm back, hopefully I am really back.  While I sort things out, by sorting, I mean think about what to post...I'll post these photos that I took back when I was high on photography if there is such a thing.  Nothing hardcore though- just a bunch of amateurish photography, styling, hair/makeup, all by moi!  Photos 1-4 taken during road trip with friends, 5-6 during a trip to the beach with another set of friends, and 7-9 during a boring Sunday at home with my little sister.  And p.s., this updated blogger setting is killing me!

Identifying colors is definitely not one of my strongest fortes. Since I-don't-know-when, my ability to recognize some of the most basic colors just switched off. Blues have become violets, browns became reds, even grays to pink! For someone who's obsessed with art, I guess you can call this bad luck a curse. Yes, I am color blind (there are exceptions of course). Ask me what my favorite colors are and i'll answer- black, gray and white! Are these even considered colors? LOL Anyways, I did some experimenting when I took these photos of my good friend, Fritz. Hope you like them!

One island, eight ladies.

I've always had this little thought in my head about getting stranded in an isolated island with my friends and I always end up thinking about doing a fashion photo shoot instead of figuring out how to survive or get out of the island alive. Sounds silly, fashion over survival?! hahaha! Of course I won't pray about getting shipwrecked and be swept away in an island! So during our team outing island hopping trip last week (see previous post), I attempted to translate that crazy fantasy into reality when I took photos of my office mates in their bikinis! I don't know how I managed to take these photos and do the creative direction at the same time, I swear I was a little tipsy by this time. Thank you ladies for being so game that day! You all look cute in those swimsuits!
